Immune System Processes
At Gravita Diagnostyka I Leczenie Nieplodności, researchers are investigating how the body’s immune defenses can be harnessed to prevent serious viral diseases. Current work includes evaluating the protective effect of a monoclonal antibody against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in young children, and studying the immune response generated by a 9‑valent human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine administered with varied dosing schedules to adolescents. The overarching goal is to confirm safety, tolerability, and strong immunogenicity of these preventive strategies.
- Assessment of RSV prophylaxis in infants
- Optimization of HPV vaccine dosing for pre‑teens and teens
- Comprehensive safety monitoring of investigational vaccines
The Łódź‑based site has launched two clinical studies, involving three investigators, to advance vaccine science and improve public health outcomes.
