The study focuses on children and teenagers aged 10 to under 18 who have Type 2 Diabetes. It compares an oral medication called Orforglipron, taken as a daily capsule, with a weekly injectable medicine named Dulaglutide. The main goal is to see if Orforglipron can control blood sugar at least as well as Dulaglutide.
Participants will be assigned to receive either the daily capsule or the weekly injection for several months. Blood tests will be done at the start and during the study to measure changes in hemoglobin A1c, which reflects average blood sugar levels over the past few weeks. The study will also monitor safety by checking for any side effects.
