Gynecologic Oncology

Clinical research in ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and primary peritoneal cancer includes advanced, recurrent, platinum-resistant, and HRD-guided treatment strategies, as well as studies in patients with disease involving the pelvis and peritoneum.

  • Advanced and recurrent ovarian malignancies
  • Platinum-resistant disease
  • Pelvic exenteration in gynecologic cancer
  • Pre-neoplastic vulvar and cervical lesions
  • Vulvar Paget’s disease

Interest also extends to electrochemotherapy, pembrolizumab-based approaches, and biomarker-informed management of HPV-related and invasive gynecologic lesions.

Genitourinary and Renal Cancer

The sponsor supports studies in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, metastatic renal cell carcinoma, urothelial cancer, and muscle-invasive bladder cancer, with attention to molecular features that may guide treatment selection.

  • Prostate cancer with BRCA-negative or unknown status
  • Renal cell carcinoma
  • Urothelial carcinoma
  • Bladder cancer
  • DDR gene alterations

Research activity also includes immunotherapy combinations, platinum sensitivity, and surgical oncology questions in advanced urinary tract malignancies.

Thoracic, Colorectal, and Melanoma Oncology

Ongoing work covers EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer with BRAF V600E mutation, and metastatic uveal melanoma, reflecting a strong focus on molecularly defined solid tumors.

  • EGFR-mutant NSCLC
  • BRAF V600E-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer
  • Uveal melanoma
  • HER2-positive breast cancer
  • Targeted therapy and immunotherapy

These studies include biomarker-driven treatment in TP53-defined lung cancer and resistance monitoring in HER2-directed therapy.

Autoimmune, Neuromuscular, and Neuro-Oncology Disorders

Non-oncologic research includes generalized myasthenia gravis, refractory systemic autoimmune diseases, connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease, and optic pathway glioma in children and young adults.

  • Myasthenia gravis
  • Systemic autoimmune disease
  • Connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease
  • Optic pathway glioma
  • Neuroimmunology

Additional interest is shown in CAR T-cell therapy, rituximab, and visual function preservation in pediatric neuro-oncology.

Cardiometabolic and Psychiatric Research

The portfolio also includes myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries, treatment-resistant depression, obesity, and type 2 diabetes, indicating activity across cardiovascular, metabolic, and mental health domains.

  • MINOCA
  • Treatment-resistant depression
  • Obesity
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Precision medicine

Research in this area includes biomarker-based phenotyping, brain imaging of neurotransporter function, and treatment response assessment in metabolic disease.
