This trial is investigating the use of Durvalumab (also known as MEDI4736) in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have experienced a decline in their overall physical health. Main inclusion criteria: The trial is open to adults between 18 and 75 years of age who have been diagnosed with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
