Evaluation of a T‑DXD‑based regimen versus standard chemotherapy in HER2+ early breast cancer Comparison of sacituzumab govitecan alone and in combination with pembrolizumab for triple‑negative early breast cancer with low recurrence risk Assessment of safety through adverse event monitoring (CTCAE grade ≥ 3) in both trials Measurement of efficacy using pathological complete response and three‑year disease‑free survival endpoints These investigations seek to establish superior neoadjuvant strategies that could set new standards of care for early‑stage breast cancer patients in Germany and beyond.
