The Begisare Foundation, also known as Retina Euskadi Begisare, is comprised of three associations located in the Basque Country. Their main goal is to improve the quality of life for individuals affected by hereditary retinal dystrophies (HRD). They work in a coordinated manner to reach as many people as possible and amplify their voice. They assist patients suffering from hereditary retinal dystrophies, which are genetic diseases causing severe alterations to the retina.
