Asociația M.A.M.E. is a Romanian non-profit organization. It supports children and adolescents with severe illnesses (such as cancer) and those coming from disadvantaged or at-risk backgrounds. The organization offers a wide range of free services: physical and psychological therapy, rehabilitation, speech therapy, nutritional counseling, occupational therapy, material and financial assistance, as well as social support for families. Its main project, Centrul Steluțelor, is a support and rehabilitation center providing comprehensive medical and social care for sick children. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable patients and to support the healthcare system through initiatives aimed at better medical and social services.
